We loved it!!! We went with my boyfriend and it was a wonderful experience. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, and something warm — especially at night, it gets very cold. But we would absolutely do it again.
Beautiful place to connect with nature. Great infrastructure and services! If you don't have a tent you can rent very comfortable ones. There's also glamping.

Our History
Yagüi Urco was born from the connection between history, nature, and the magic of this place. Its name pays tribute to the nearby area, Yagüi, and is complemented by "Urco", a Quechua word meaning mountain.
The meaning of its name
Yaguar → blood · Ñawi → eye
Eye of Blood
The name comes from two Quechua words: yaguar (blood) and ñawi (eye). Together they evoke a powerful image.
Yagüi can also be understood as a humid land where the sun hides — a description that deeply connects with the natural surroundings.
At Sunset
The local residents say that this name comes to life at sunset, when the sun descends over the mountains and dyes the sky a deep red, as if nature itself were painting the landscape with blood. This phenomenon becomes even more magical on rainy or misty days, when Yagüi's humid climate intensifies the colors and creates unforgettable sunsets.
